Privacy policy
Draft — last updated October 1, 2026. To be reviewed by counsel before launch.
What we collect
Account: your Sign in with Apple or Google identifier and email, used to sign you in and sync your household.
Household content you enter: each child's first name or nickname and birth year, their food lists, meal plans, and optional exposure logs and notes. Used only to run the app for your household.
Purchases: subscription status via Apple and our processor RevenueCat.
Waitlist (website, optional): if you join the waitlist, your email and any optional answers you give (kids' ages, biggest mealtime battle, price feedback). Used only to tell you when Table Truce launches and to shape the app; never sold or shared. Email us to be removed.
Usage (optional): anonymous, aggregated app events. They never include names, foods, notes, birth years or child identifiers. You can turn this off in Settings.
What we don't do
No ads. No selling or sharing of data. No tracking across apps or websites. No child photos. No AI/LLM processing of your content. Children don't use the app — it's for parents.
Processors
Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting) and RevenueCat (subscriptions).
PDF exports & share cards
Made on your phone and shared by you. We never upload them.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete account removes your account. If you're the last member of your household, your kids, foods, plans and logs are deleted within 30 days. Cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings.
